HOW TO CONTROL YOUR EATING HABIT


EATING HABIT
Our eating habit has been observed to have caused a lot of havoc to our body and health. This is due to the types of food we consume, do you know why? Simply because most of them contains fat, colestrol and sugary substances.
          The only solution to the problem is to be sensitive about consumption of those unhealthy foods.
          Be watchful of the following foods;
1.     BUTTER &MARGARINE:- contains saturated fat as well as calories which can cause bad colestrol to rise.
2.     DIARY PRODUCTS:- such as milkRama Margarine, 500g and cheese; usually high in calories and fat content.reduce the intake.
3.     ICE-CREAM:- Don’t buy big container of Ice-Cream else you will be tempted. Its high in fat and calories.
4.     YOGHURT:- It contains full sugar, always take a little and go for non-fatty one and low calories.
5.     BEVERAGES:- avoid drinking or limit your consumption of soda, fruit juice and beer, they contain much sugar and calories or else it will eventually increase your weight.
6.     PASTRIES:- Don’t eat lot of sweet junk foods, they have fat and calories.
        7.EATING MEAT AND FROZE FOOD
Always go for lean meats, such as chicken or fish. Do not harbour frozen foods, they are full of preservatives and unhealthy fats.
If you don’t fill your fridge or fill your body with wrong types of food and control your feeling habit, you are not going to experience bad healthy condition.

Proper nutritional balance diet promotes growth & well being. It reduces the risk of diseases which can reduce life span.
          Drink more water instead!

Weight Loss

As an experienced athlete,I still believe the best option for someone is through rigorous exercise and constant diet ,that is check your intake regularly..
For me what have been doing earlier on is jogging in at the early hour of the and later in the evening before going to the bedtime..

The following are the great steps that could help you:

1.Wear your jogging suit

2.take light walk out or running for about 3omins on constant speed..

3.Rest for some minutes by just walking around

4.Now ,breathing in and out to get some oxygen around for sometime.

5.you can now start your exercises form head spinning on a spot by counting up to 10 and at the same spot spreading your arms side ways and closing to your front ,counting...
Your Abdominal ,while still standing open wide your two legs ,bending downward as if you are picking on your toes...bending towards your right and left and doing count to 20 .Then ,sit on a bear floor stretching your legs to your front ,trying to touch your toes and raising up your two hand pointing northward ,do counting as well.

With regular practise of this act and gainful exercise you will be much surprise about all these...Let me know how you feel about my advice.
